These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to WaypointQ websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Safe Harbour Informatics ("WaypointQ," "we," "us").

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

WaypointQ helps teams capture in-person business interactions and convert them into structured contact records and relationship intelligence. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts and subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription through the Apple App Store or other authorized channels. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the applicable store terms. Free-tier limits may apply.

Your responsibilities

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

WaypointQ and its branding, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or underlying technology except as needed to use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT EXTRACTION, TRANSCRIPTION, OR CRM SYNC WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYPOINTQ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Safe Harbour Informatics is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Specific governing law and venue will be confirmed upon legal review.
