- What is WaypointQ?
- WaypointQ is a relationship intelligence platform that captures in-person business conversations — trade shows, conferences, networking, and sales meetings — and turns them into structured contact records and CRM-ready data.
- Do I need internet at the show?
- The mobile app is designed for floor capture with sync when connectivity is available. Core capture workflows work offline; AI extraction and cloud sync require network access.
- Which CRMs do you support?
- Export via vCard and CSV is available today. Direct CRM connectors are on the roadmap. Tell us your CRM on the demo form so we can prioritize integrations.
- How do conversation recordings work?
- You control when recording starts. Obtain consent from participants where required. Transcripts and summaries are generated to support review — you approve before export.
