Data protection

We design for organizations that treat contact and conversation data as sensitive business information. Encryption in transit, access controls, and infrastructure hardening are baseline expectations — not optional add-ons.

Privacy-first design

You choose what to capture, review, and export. Features that involve recordings or transcripts are designed around explicit user action and organizational consent practices.

Transcript and conversation handling

Audio and transcripts are processed to support review and follow-up — not for unrelated profiling. Retention aligns with your use of the product and applicable settings. We do not use customer conversation data to train public models.

CRM integration security

CRM connections use authorized APIs and tokens stored with appropriate safeguards. We sync only the fields you approve. We do not expose backend API secrets in client applications.

Access control

Production systems are protected by role-based access, least-privilege principles, and audit logging for operational changes. Customer data access is limited to personnel with a legitimate need.

Responsible AI

AI assists extraction, summarization, and drafting — humans remain in the loop for export. We document subprocessors and apply contractual safeguards. Outputs should be reviewed before customer-facing use.

Data retention

Retention policies depend on product tier, organization configuration, and legal requirements. We are building configurable retention and deletion workflows as the platform matures.

Future compliance posture
