Safe Harbour Informatics ("WaypointQ," "we," "us") provides a relationship intelligence platform for capturing and structuring in-person business interactions. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Contact and account information

Name, work email, company, job title, phone number, and other contact details you enter or that we extract from badges, business cards, or conversation context with your review.

Images and media

Photos of badges, business cards, booth interactions, and related images you capture in the app. These may be processed on-device and on our servers to extract structured contact data.

Conversation recordings and transcripts

When you choose to record or import audio, and where you have obtained appropriate consent from participants, we may store recordings and generate transcripts to support contact review, follow-up drafting, and relationship context.

App usage data

Event names, capture timestamps, feature usage, device type, app version, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and improve the service.

CRM and integration data

When you connect a CRM or export data, we process the fields required to sync contacts, notes, and follow-up information according to your configuration.

Website demo requests

Information you submit through our demo request form, including company, role, use case, and message content.

How we use information

AI processing

WaypointQ uses automated and AI-assisted processing to extract contact fields, summarize conversations, suggest follow-up content, and score lead quality. You review outputs before export unless your organization configures otherwise. We use third-party AI providers as subprocessors under contractual safeguards.

How data is stored

Data is stored on secure infrastructure operated by us and our hosting providers. Some processing may occur on your device before data is transmitted. We apply access controls and encryption in transit. Retention periods depend on your plan, organization settings, and applicable law.

Third-party processors

We may use cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, AI, and CRM integration providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may delete captures in the app where that feature is available.

Children

WaypointQ is a business product and is not directed to children under 16.

International transfers

If you use WaypointQ outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
